Angelina Look’s Stunning in @YSL/St. Laurent in London After Double Masectomy #Brave #Gorgeous

BRITAIN-ENTERTAINMENT-FILM-WORLD WAR Z

Of here at HeathyrWolfe.com we love everything Angie. Whether it’s a press mess or another awesome story of St. Angie saving the world we approve. This time, the story is about Angie saving herself.

Unless you have been living under a rock you know Angelina Jolie just had a double mastectomy. It’s a scary must for those of us that have faced the possibility of cancer coming into our lives.

Well, St. Angie is not invincible and caught wind of just such a problem occurring in her life. With SIX beautiful children Angie had to face a scary decision not only as a person, but as a parent.

According to the HuffPost.com;

On May 14, Jolie announced that she had been diagnosed with a mutated BRCA1 gene predisposing her to cancer. She revealed she had undergone a preventive mastectomy on Feb. 16 and reconstructive surgery on April 27 in an op-ed in the New York Times.

She faced it, went through with the surgery, and came out on top. Angie not only conquered it but returned to the red carpet looking like a stunner (We knew she would).

Today in London at the ‘World War Z’ premiere with hot hubbie Brad Pitt, Angelina her first public appearance since the surgery. Saint Angie showed up looking like the Goddess we know and love. Wearing a long St. Laurent, black gown, she stunned, smiled and worked the red carpet for all it was worth. No really, I have never seen so much over posing in my life.

Regardless we are glad she is safe, sound and conquered what could have been cancer. Here’s a picture of Angie and Brad posing like silly people. Thanks to Getty for the ridiculous photo’s of the holy one’s.

Ride to Feed @ Soul Cycle 4/21, Sunset Plaza, Time to Give Back Angelenos! #Exercise #Charity #MealsonWheels

I f you haven’t given to charity this year, here’s your chance to become a key player in philanthropy in Los Angeles.

The awesome folks over at Michelle PR sent me this. Being a huge fan of charitable causes I wanted to share this, suggest it and push strongly that you go and partake.

The drive is for ‘Meals on Wheels’, which, I have actually donated to thankyouverymuch.

Meals on Wheels was created to distribute a nice, healthy, hot meal to Senior Citizens who are home-bound and can’t prepare food or go to the market themselves in Los Angeles county. We’re talking about the your grandparents here so PAY ATTENTION.

The event will take place on April 21st. There are two ways you can help

1) Be a rider. The great part is riders get free schwag bags that include;

Junk Food tee,

logo

Which we adore being fashion addicts on this site,

a Cart for a Cause Cook Book, a St. Vincent Meals on Wheels angel pin and more for taking time to raise awareness for this important cause. Are you hooked? I am!

2) Be an attendee. With celebrity chef, Michael Fiorelli hosting this, you know you want to go. Tickets are $50 and that is a small amount to give for a charity. Because charity is AWESOME (and tax deductible)

In the past charitable events have raised enough money to distribute 25,000 meals a year for ‘Meals on Wheels’ so yes, you will be making a difference. If you can’t be a rider there is hope for you. You can attend this event by buying tickets on eventbrite HERE;

Kelly Osbourne has Seizure on Set, Hospitalized! #No #LameSauce #WellWishes

E! Brand Shoot - Season 2012

I love Kelly Osbourne. She reminds me of her spitfire mom and has overcome so damn much. With her job on E! Fashion police as a fashion guru du jour I am sad to say Kelly had a seizure on set.

According to the presses (or the sad rag known as TMZ), Kelly told Melissa Rivers (who was filling for Giuliana Rancic) she wasn’t feeling well earlier on set. During taping Kelly’s health got the better of her when she fell off her chair and started having a seizure. Thankfully Melissa stepped in and a member of the audience, who was a medical professional stepped in to help her.

Glad to see people still know how to help each other in an emergency. My faith in humanity is (partially) restored.

Kelly is currently in the hospital having tests run. We hope for the best and that she bounces back healthy from this incident.

Go Kelly, we know you will rock it and come out fashionable!!!
