Not only is Paris the ‘City of Lights’ but to those of us who have spent time there, it is a city of fashion & architecture. And the people at Dior know that.
Hence, this lovely editorial of fabulous, lushly dressed models, Anastasia Ivanova, Daria Strokous, Iselin Steiro, Marie Piovesan and shot by the ever talented, Willy Vanderperre. It’s been out since May 29th, so in case you missed it’s release, here is your weekend dose of fashion elite!
For those readers hooked on the song in this video, the track is ‘Synrise’ by the Belgian band GOOSE. You can download it off iTunes and Amazon. Support good fashion, good music and good taste by doing just that.
I am very proud to say I am Swedish. My Grandmother came over from Goteborg, Sweden (pronounced yotee-boree if you can believe it) in the 1920’s and passed on her heritage and awesome cheekbones to my mother and I. So when you see a mad genius like Patrick Demarchelier do a shoot for Scandinavia SSAW Magazine with our favorite Swedish supermodel, Frida Gustavsson, and super sexy Dane, Josephine Skriver, I HAVE TO share.

For those of you hiding under a rock, the Met paired with Vogue Editor Anna Wintour and several other amazing CFDA board members to present “Punk: Chaos to Couture” and opened for the annual Met Gala yesterday.

Vogue had a live stream, twitter was a-tweeting and I was live tweeting my likes and dislikes of yesterdays red carpet. What? You weren’t tweeting with me? Well then go add me at @HeathyrWolfe before you start feeling guilty.
Icons of Fashion, TV and the Big Screen showed up in droves. Some fashionable, some fashionably late. Most were punk to gills as they should have been. Vivienne Westwood made a show and an amazing political plight for Bradley Manning, the soldier at the centre of the Wikileaks drama,
Madonna in Givenchy and Casadei shoes, showed some fierce punk attitude Surprisingly, Miley Cyrus was head to toe H-O-T, in a fishnet dress by Marc Jacobs,
The piece-de-resistance was Sarah Jessica Parker. She put a smile on everyone’s face with a mohawk head piece that was vintage Phillip Treacy, a Sarah Jessica Parker In Giles Deacon Dress dress and kick your ass plaid thigh-high boots.
Others were just there to share the spotlight namely our favorite resident paparazzi junkies Kimye who failed in this floral fashion flop,

Kristen Stewart who looked smashing but did nothing but smirk and eye roll on the red carpet
And January Jones who rode in on her broomstick, giving Anna Wintour a run for her money.

I know you may be a little too far to get NYC so below I give you Daria Werbowy in a Punk Story. Daria Werbowy – Punk Stories by Vogue.com
Marc Jacobs is sitting pretty in his 50th year, celebrating his birthday this year, which is April 9th), by releasing his new fragrance pour homme, “BANG”. The title says it all.
Sitting pretty is right.
Over the years Marc Jacobs has given us fashion, fosse (90’s), fatty(mid 2000’s) and now ripped to the gills and fabulous 50.
With the release of Bang, Marc decided to show of his gorgeous sculpted body in his new fragrance ad. He also recently began tweeting pics of himself on twitter and instagram, looking too fit for words. What does this mean? It means Marc isn’t slowing down but plans on wearing more man kilts, lace dresses and showing us what he is made of a la Karl Lagerfeld. Who says age is a drawback? It’s looking mighty fine to me.
Congrats Marc Jacobs on your super fine fifty years. We’re looking forward to you clothing, scents and more spectacular instagram’s.
Over here at Heathyr Wolfe.com I am a big fan of leaked pics. Especially nudes! Why? Because if it’s done properly it’s fashionable, artistic and eye opening. Or perhaps because it’s eye opening and sordid. Either way it’s a win!
About a year ago Lady Gaga got fierce and worked the cover of Vogue Hommes Japan in a meat dress with stunning results. PETA was horrified, the public was outraged, either by the misuse of meat or by the wasting of good steak.
Years later a BDSM, Shibari rope shoot are leaked. Why? Possibly for publicity. Maybe cause Gaga gained a few pounds and wants the public to remember her as a skinny bitch likes S&M and meat dresses. We’ll never know.
These are from 2009. They a bondage shoot with photographer Nobuyoshi Araki for Vogue Nippon and they are super RAWR, sexy and candid.
Either way here is the FULL nude-y gallery of Lady Gaga doing Kinbaku (ancient Japanese rope work artistry with a sexual twist)
Of Course this is NSFW and 18+, Click the link to views the Nude Gaga giving her candid sexy Monster face;
Over here at HeathyrWolfe.com I’m not just all about fashion & celebrity. I LOOOOVE a good charity. I mean one where they donate 100% to the charity, and the people it’s helping.

Welcome to Khroma Beauty selling in a Sears near you.
As the Kardashians work on a business empire, their newest venture is into the beauty. It’s called Khroma. You too can look like an orange, plastic tart if you buy this. If it stays on he market.
Unfortunately the triple K sisters are in legal trouble for the second time with Khroma Beauty for the SECOND time in 3 months. This time they have a copyright infringement to deal with. A company called ‘Kroma’ run by Lee Tillett Inc., is saying they need to change their name because it is WAY too similar.
WHAT?!! The Kardashian’s are rip off artists?! Seem’s Hollywood and the Kardashians are OUT of idea’s.
My guess? I bet they make it go away with some nice cold, hard cash. Control freak and momager Kris will step in and make it right. Khroma is already selling online and these sell out’s have to get paid. What a shame. I kind of like Lee Tillet, Inc.’s beauty line.
As they say, only the good die young. That goes for business too.
I’ve shown you the nasty today (Chris Brown twit diva), and now am giving you the lovely. Thanks to the savvy, sexy people at Models.com and MDX we have a video of the lovely new Sui He, as the face/spokes model of.
Sexy young supermodels make the world go around. The extra bonus us you get to check out Shiseido’s new make up collection and brushes. Rejoice beauty diva’s and watch the video below;
Hurricane Sandy has unfortunately, in a very real way, destroyed and crippled much of NYC. As the National Guard has been sent out to save the day, seems they needed saving.
By Victoria’s Secret.
As the 69th Infantry (yes that is a real number)National Guard powered up to save lives Monday, their power went down.
We ❤ the National Guard, 69th Infantry
Not so far away Victoria’s Secret had 8 generators helping them get ready for their infamous bedazzled, sparkling boobies of 2012, fashion show. According to my darlings over at the Wired Magazine;
According to Wired, the troops called up the Victoria’s Secret camp Tuesday morning, and, by 7pm that night, the armory was powered and ready to go.
“We were dead in the water until Victoria’s Secret showed up,” Capt. Brendan Gendron, the Regiment’s operations officer, told Wired.
How about that for saving the world? Thanks to Victoria’s Secret, they had power, warmth, elevators and all around warm fuzzy feelings towards boobies.
According to the Huff Post Online, Victoria’s Secret took their NYC/National Guard love even further,
Victoria’s Secret came to the rescue yet again. This time, they helped the troops and the Federal Emergency Management Agency by providing a forklift that would be used to efficiently distribute food.
Awww, gosh darnit. Only in the US would boobies save a hurricane ravaged city AND the National Guard with extra power and heavy machinery. That’s too touching.
This is better than a basket full of puppies. I love muh country.
Thanks Vic’s Secret, and the 69th Infantry. We Salute You!
Karl Lagerfeld is getting weirder with his old age, and so is Chanel. Brad Pitt will forever be a prime piece of yummy no matter what age, or how much he looks like a billy-goat (trim that hot man meat’s hair please).
What the What?! A zombie contest?! But not just another Zombie Contest, this is a ZOMBIE BEAUTY PAGEANT! Yes! The amazing folks at The Harroin Salon (Audrey Kitching sometimes works here) are doing Halloween right in Hollywood with a too gruesome and gorgeous Zombie Beauty Pageant. Did I mention this is for EVERYONE? Boys, girls and the fab ‘unclassified’ are welcome! If you are sick, twisted and pretty then this is for you! I have been told there are several prizes AND categories, so pick your brain (literally) and figure something sick sexy out.
How do you enter?
Go to the Harroin Salon, at Cahuenga and Selma-ish, fill out an application. All ghouls, guys and everything in between will be picked by the 20th of Shocktober. Then on with the show.
I love it when companies open their archives. Chanel recently posted this video from 1973 of a young goddess known as Catherine Deneuve advertising their perfume.
I know I have been missing and you have missed me and this blog terribly. I had a fever flu. It makes you weak, ridiculous, grumpy, whiny and just plain a mess. You should be glad I wasn’t writing. It would have been a delusional mess, and I would have sounded something like Perez Hilton.
Back to Business.
Last Wednesday I was a lucky little monster. I was invited and CONFIRMED for #FNO in Beverly Hills presented by Beverly Hills Porsche and Wella Professionals. HUGE thanks to Runway Magazine for the invite.
Thank god for Advil Cold & Sinus. It is my secret weapon when doing business and ill. I use it so much they should sponsor me.
Outside was packed, professional and the list was so tight there was no room for anyone to fake VIP entry. Well done BH #FNO. Mikey Koffman of LA Fashion Weekend was hands on which was refreshing to see after the last LA Fashion Weekend fiasco. Nice to see her working with everyone and playing super nice.
(A little industry inside info. At one of her LA Fashion Weekend Koffman had the balls to piss off every photo agency and professional fashion photographer in LA. Mikey did not let them know until they arrived and that they would be forced to sign a waiver giving her possession of all photos. This is not only bad form but bad publicity. Anyone photog under contract with say ‘Getty Images/Splash News/AP Images’, has a contract that states they need permission to photograph said event and ALL photos got to ‘Getty/Splash/AP’ UNDER CONTRACT OF LAW of that event. It created a boycott that she is still on the mend from.)
Inside the line led to….the bar! If you ever go to a VIP event this will always be the most packed area. DO NOT approach if you are claustrophobic.
Crowd in line for barBreathing Room?I made it!
I decided to check out the vendors. I love beauty and hair products. This has to be the only times I have ever regretted not having longer hair. West Hollywood salon ‘Nine Zero One‘ was doing a braid bar. ENVY!!
The stylists were incredibly nice and convinced me to come by and check out their salon since they are in the WeHo neighborhood. I talked with the girls at Wella, Napoleon Makeup Academy and of course spoke with a cute male rep for Glowglam facial masque. Everyone was on their game and I got to sample some amazing products.
Networking through the crowd I met Steven Escobar, Editor-in-Chief of Diversity News (my BFF for the evening)
Roger Tinsley aka Danger Man, I ran into an actor friend of mine Michael, a fabulous tranny
-A little too much vodka was had by all
And her cute blond, tipsy friend and got to catch the end of Dina El-Bar’s Fashion show and see Anthony Franco’s to die for collection
Anthony Franco & model
This was an amazing night.
Turns out we did have some celebrities in the audience. Bridget Marquardt from ‘Girls Next Door’ was in the front row. No wonder I liked her best on the show. She’s a fashionista at heart. out and between fashion, beauty and general fun I cannot send enough thanks to Mikey Koffman and of course James, CEO and Owner of Runway Magazine for the invite. Despite having the flu it was the highlight of my week.
Also I want to give a big thanks to Nelson Shen and Bob Degadillo for taking my picture on the carpet.

Remember this Fashionista’s and Fashion Bloggers in the making. Always be nice to your Networkers and your Photographers. They will make you shine like a star, even when you have the flu.
